JOSH is an inter-collegiate youth festival
of NAEMD and an energizing experience that beholds great
levels of enthusiasm and excitement by the youth. To extend
this enthusiasm and excitement NAEMD students organize
this mega inter-collegiate youth festival JOSH.The festival
includes various competitions between the participating
colleges which put to test the potential talent, skills
and creativity of the students. With all the planning
and dedication, it is a promising platform to reach out
to the world. Every year, JOSH dawns with a new theme
to add that extra spice in the festival.

& Ms. University
Mr. and Miss University is a Good Looks
Pageant with a difference, it embodifies the spirit of
youth, the educated youth.The competition stresses that
the most beautiful and youthful years of one's life is
spent while studying and so education is the most beautiful
and attractive part of one's life. It is here that the
raw and good looking young men and women gather grace,
poise, class, character, knowledge and a determination
to achieve. The educated youth is the most adored person,
the young graduate or undergraduate has youthful good
looks, the charm, the intelligence and is yet fresh and
innocent, it is the period when most models, stars and
celebs are being sculptured, so we intend to catch them
when they are blossoming. The competition aims to remind
you that our young graduate has the looks, the poise and
the intelligence.The contest is held by inviting entries
from young students who are at present studying any course.
An elimination round made up of intelligence tests, talent
round and a proper pageant would be held to determine
the Mr. and Miss University. The selected finalist are
be invited a week in advance before the finals to be held
at Mumbai. Here they will be trained to be extremely presentable
for the show and to perform on the stage, by the best
in the glamour world. On the coveted day an array of world
renowned judges will deliver the final judgment, the judges
would include celebs, stars, models, choreographers, talented
persons, socialites, eminent personalities and for a change
a person from the education field.The winners get mega
cash prizes, gifts, and modeling assignments plus a lot
of media coverage.The show is covered by a prominent channel.

Idol
Recently we have seen many youth idols that
have proved themselves and made a niche for themselves,
but all of them, though extremely capable and talented
are great singers and performers. We feel that the college
idol who represents the student's world would be super
student a personality rather than only a performer.The
purpose to present the college idol is to select a male
and a female student who has looks, poise, charm, personality,
intelligence and even has talents and can perform; he/she
may or may not be a singer. One major criteria would also
be popularity amongst his/her peers.We present 'Our city
with two super students i.e. college idols who represents
all students and leads them from the front to tell the
world that students can have it all looks, poise, popularity
and talents.The contest is formatted to bring out all
these and cover the widest spectrum of our students.The
contest have 5 rounds in the spectacular finals of 12
males and 12 females finalist which are be selected on
the basis of personal interview covering almost all colleges
in the entire city.These twelve finalist are given a thorough
training by the best experts. At the finals the judges
grill them to bring out the best of their thinking, intelligence
and personality, and a talent round like singing, acting,
dancing etc, all these will be complemented with a popular
voting by thousands of fellow students to select the Mr.
